충남도가 7월 말 기준 지방세 이월체납액 1513억 원 가운데 504억 원을 징수했다고 밝혔다.

504억 원 징수는 올해 목표액인 620억 원의 81.3%에 달하는 징수 성과로 7월 말 기준 지방세 체납 징수액이 500억 원을 초과한 것은 이번이 처음으로, 동월 기준 역대 최고 징수액 및 징수율이라는 게 충남도의 설명이다.

이번 성과는 건강보험·국민연금보험 미지급 환급금 체납처분 등 새로운 징수기법을 도입하고 고액·상습 체납자 대상 도·시군 합동 가택수색, 금융재산 압류·추심, 부동산·차량 공매 등 빈틈없는 재산조사 및 다양한 체납처분을 추진한 결과다.

특히 하반기에는 도 최초로 지역농협 등 상호금융 출자금을 전수조사해 체납처분을 진행하고 있으며, 가상자산 전자 압류 시스템을 도입해 숨겨진 재산에 대한 체납처분도 강화하고 있다.

충남도는 체납액 징수 목표 초과 달성을 위해 시군과 함께 세정 역량을 집중하고 다양한 체납처분을 지속할 방침이라고 밝혔다.
