충남 게룡시가 30일 전국공무원노동조합 세종충남본부 계룡시지부와 단체협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

이번 협약은 지난 2022년 9월 공무원노조에서 단체교섭을 요구한 이후 지속적인 교섭 끝에 이뤄졌으며, 공직자의 권익향상과 근무조건 개선, 조직문화 혁신 등 127개 사항에 대해 합의했다. 

이번 단체협약의 합의 내용에는 노조의 조합활동 보장 ,악성민원, 외부기득권 등으로부터의 보호 ,감사, 평가제도 등의 개선을 통한 업무부담 최소화 ,인사업무의 객관성 및 투명성 확보 ,초등생 자녀 공무원 육아시간 보장 등 각종 후생복지사업 실시 등의 내용이 담겼다. 

이응우 시장은 “이번 협약을 계기로 시대변화에 발맞추는 공직문화가 조성되길 기대한다”고 말했다.
