충남 논산시의회가 15일 오전 10시 제244회 제1차 정례회 제1차 본회의를 시작으로 30일까지 16일간 일정에 돌입했다.

이번 회기 동안 논산시의회는 2022회계연도 결산 승인 및 예비비 지출 승인,  2023년도 주요업무 추진상황 보고 청취, 의원발의 조례안 15건과 논산시장이 제출한 조례안 4건 등을 심사 처리할 예정이다.

정례회 첫날인 15일 논산시의회는 제244회 논산시의회 제1차 정례회 회기 결정의 건, 관계공무원 출석요구의 건, 예산결산특별위원회 구성의 건이 부의되어 처리되었으며 예산결산특별위원회 제1차 회의에서 예결특위 위원장에 홍태의의원, 부위원장에 김종욱의원을 각각 선임했다.

이날 5분 자유발언에서는 민병춘 의원이 “논산시 주차 문제의 효율적 해결방안 촉구”를 주제로 실시했다.

논산시의회는 둘째 날인 16일에는 4건의 의원 발의 조례안을 포함한 총 8건의 조례안에 대해 각 소관 상임위원회별 심사가 진행될 예정이라고 전했다.

심의 예정인 조례안 중 의원발의 조례안은 논산시 청소년 사회심리적 외상 지원에 관한 조례안(허명숙의원 외 3명) ,논산시 무장애 도시 조성에 관한 조례안(민병춘의원 외 4명) ,논산시 공공심야약국 운영 및 지원에 관한 조례안(이태모의원 외 2명) ,논산시 농어업회의소 설립 및 운영지원 조례안(서원의원 외 4명) 등 총 4건이다.

19일부터 28일까지는 연석회의로 2023년 주요업무 추진상황 보고를 청취하고, 29일 제2차 예산결산특별위원회에서 2022회계연도 결산 승인안 및 예비비 지출 승인안에 대한 심사가 이루어지고, 정례회 마지막 날인 30일 제2차 본회의에서는 각 상임위원회에서 심사한 조례안 등에 대하여 최종 심의·의결한 후 의사일정을 마무리하게 된다.
