한우의 명가 홍성한우가 홍성한우&농특산물 페스티벌로 대전시민 입맛 공략에 나선다.

홍성군과 대전 유성구는 홍성한우의 우수성을 알리고 유통 활성화를 위해 5월 31일부터 6월 4일까지 대전 한빛탑 광장과 물빛광장 일원에서‘한우&농특산물 페스티벌’을 개최한다고 밝혔다. 

축산 일번지 홍성군에서는 구항농협과 천수푸드가 참여하여 홍성한우를 공급하고 우수성을 알릴 예정이며, 특히 이번 행사에서는 1등급 홍성한우 등심을 100g에 6300원이라는 저렴한 가격으로 판매하고, 현장에는 한우 숯불구이 체험존이 마련돼 구입 후 즉시 홍성한우의 맛을 느낄 수 있다.

이번 페스티벌에서 홍성군은 올해 10월경 개최될 예정인 홍성한우바비큐페스티벌을 알리기 위한 홍보부스도 운영하고, 직접 농사지은 다양한 농특산물 가공품이 판매되는 직거래 장터에도 홍성군6차산업협동조합과 함께 참여에 나선다.
