충남도의회 안전건설소방위원회(이하 안건소위)는 23일 16개 기관·단체 220여 명이 참석한 ‘2022년 재난대응 안전한국훈련’ 현장을 참관하고 참가자들을 격려했다.

이날 훈련은 예산군 지역에 규모 4.8 지진 발생, 예산군 청소년수련관 천장 붕괴·화재로 인명 피해가 발생하고 인근 지역에 이재민이 다수 발생했다는 가상 아래 진행됐다. 

특히 ▲1단계 재난 발생 및 초기대응 ▲2단계 상황 판단회의 ▲3단계 재난안전대책 본부 운영 ▲4단계 관계기관 및 부서 협업 대응 ▲5단계 수습·복구 및 재발 방지 순으로 체계적인 훈련이 이뤄졌다. 

이날 훈련은 소방차, 구조헬기, 굴삭기, 매물탐지, 구급차 등이 동원됐고, 충남도, 예산군, 경찰서, 한국전력 등 총 9개 기관이 합동 재난 대응체계를 확립하는 대규모 훈련으로 편성됐다.

In addition, a total of 9 institutions, including Chungcheongnam-do, Yesan-gun, police stations, and KEPCO, organized a large-scale drill to establish a joint disaster response system.
