부패 제로 충남교육 실현을 위한 대책보고회가 17일 개최됐다.

도 교육청은 이날 교육청 강당에서 부서장과 교육지원청 교육장, 직속기관장 70여 명이 참석한 가운데“2022년 청렴도 향상 대책 보고회”를 가졌다.

이날 보고회는 국민권익위원회의 2021년 청렴도 측정결과를 바탕으로, 이에 따른 맞춤형 대책을 강구하기 위해  추진됐다.

회의 결과, 인사분야 청렴도 향상을 위해 △인사관련 정보 창구 운영 △교사 참관인제 운영 △청렴의무 위반 비위자 인사조치 강화 등의 대책을  예산분야에서△예산집행 부적정 사례집 발간 △청렴예산 신고방 활성화 △청렴교육 강화 등의 마련됐다.

또, 조직문화 개선을 위해 △선물 안주고 안받기 △존중․소통․공감을 위한 5대 개선 과제 선정 △갑질․부당업무지시 근절 대책에 대한 열띤 토론의 시간을 갖고 다양한 청렴정책을 발굴했다.

특히 무엇보다도, 의식하지 못하는 일상생활 속 모든 관행을 청렴의 관점에서 바라보고, 세대 간·직종 간 발생할 수 있는 부패인식의 차이를 없애야 한다는 데 의견을 모았다.

행사 후 ‘청렴서약’과‘청렴 365일 실천 다짐’을 실시해 고위공직자의 솔선수범 의지를 다졌다.

김지철 교육감은“‘윗물이 맑아야 아랫물도 맑다’는 말처럼 청렴도 향상을 위해서는 고위공직자분들의 솔선수범과 교육공동체의 각별한 노력이 필요하다”며, “모든 공직자가 깨끗하고 청렴한 충남교육 실현에 앞장서 달라”고 당부했다.
