대전시의회를 출임하는 정치부 기자들이 2021년도 활발한 의정활동과 대전시의회 행정사무감사에서 두각을 나타낸 우수의원과 우수상임위원회를 선정하고 선정패를 전했다.

21일 대전시의회 대회의실에서 열린 시상식에는 각 상임위별로 ▲ 행정자치위원회 민태원 의원 ▲ 산업건설위원회 남진근 의원 ▲ 복지환경위원회 이종호 의원 ▲ 교육위원회 김인식 의원이 행정감사 우수의원에 선정돼 우수의원패를 받았다.
우수 상임위원회로는 교육위원회(위원장 구본환)가 선정됐다.
우수의원과 우수상임위원회 선정은 대전시의회를 출입하는 정치를 담당하는 출입기자들이 지난 1년동안 의원들의 의정활동을 근간으로 투표를 통해 선정해 의미를 더했다.
의원들에게 전달된 패에는 "올해 행정감사에서 집행기관에 대한 꼼꼼한 지적과 대안을 제시함으로써 대전 시민행복에 기여한 공로가 크다'는 문구를 삽입했다.

우수상임위원회에 선정된 교육위원회 구본환 위원장은 “언론인 여러분이 올 한 해 교육위원회를 좋게 봐주시고, 위원회 의원들이 열심히 공부한 노고를 알아주신 것 같다”며 “이렇게 큰 상을 받아 감사드리고, 앞으로도 대전시민의 행복과 삶의 질 향상을 위해 힘쓰겠다”고 말했다.
