충남도가 탄소중립 실현 시기를 2050년에서 2045년으로 5년 앞당긴다고 밝혔다.

양승조 지사는 20일 충청남도 탄소중립위원회 출범식을 통해 ‘온실가스 감축 시나리오’를 전국 최초로 발표하며, “2045년까지 탄소중립을 실현하겠다”고 공표했다.
