대전시교육청, 2232억 원 추경편성 시의회 제출

대전시교육청이 기정예산 2조 3,001억원보다 2,232억원(9.7%) 증가한 2조 5,233억원 규모의 2021년도 제2회 추가경정 예산안을 편성해 대전시의회에 제출했다고 밝혔다.

 

이번 추가경정 예산안의 세입재원은 보통교부금과 특별교부금 등 중앙정부 이전수입 1,905억원, 자치단체이전수입 302억원, 자체수입 25억원 등이다.

 

세출예산은 2학기 전면등교 대비 방역체계를 더욱 강화하고 학생들의 건강과 안전을 지키는 안전한 배움터 조성을 위한 사업과 미래 스마트교육 환경 구축 및 학교 교육환경개선 등에 중점을 두어 편성하였다.

 

이번 추경은 먼저 학생 건강과 안전을 위해 224억원을 편성했다.
 
방역체계 강화를 위해 ▲학교 감염병 예방활동 지원 인력 확대 54억원 ▲발열측정기 및 급식실 칸막이 추가 설치 등 방역 관리 지원 41억원 ▲학교 도서관 책소독기 및 유치원 교구 소독기 지원 25억원 ▲과대학교 보건교사 보조인력 및 학생 상담활동 2억원 ▲과밀학급 해소를 위한 특별교실을 일반교실로 전환과 모듈러교실 설치 6억원 등을 반영하였으며,안전한 학교 환경조성을 위해 ▲학교 급식환경개선 59억원 ▲직업계고 안전한 실습환경 조성 14억원 ▲유치원 놀이시설 개선 14억원 사립유치원 급식기물 지원 9억원 등을 반영하였다.


 미래교육으로의 도약을 위한 스마트 교육환경 구축 744억원도 편성했다.
