대전시교육청, 대전교육정책개발 토론회 개최

대전시교육청이 29일 학생·학부모·교직원·교육전문직원으로 구성된 대전교육정책네트워크 추진단을 대상으로 ‘2021년 대전교육정책개발 토론회’를 온라인으로 개최했다고 밝혔다.

 

이번 토론회는 대전교육정책 아이디어 공모전에서 우수 제안으로 선정된 26개의 아이디어에 대해 공유·소통하는 과정을 통해 창의적인 교육정책을 개발하기 위해 마련하였다.

 

먼저,‘행복한 학교 미래를 여는 대전교육정책’을 주제로 대전교육정책개발 토론회의 취지와 정책개발 과정에 대한 안내와 사회자의 아이스브레이킹, 비경쟁 토론방식의 소그룹 토론, 분임발표 순으로 진행되었다.

 

비경쟁 그룹 토론은 8개 분임으로 교육전문가인 장학사와 교육연구사로 구성된 퍼실리테이터가 진행하였다.

 

온라인 소회의실에서는 사전에 제공된 아이디어 제안서에 대한 생각을 이야기하고 또 궁금 사항을 물어보면서 생각의 폭을 확장해가는 등 비경쟁 토론을 이어나갔다.

설동호 대전시교육감은 “코로나19 상황에도 불구하고 온라인 공간에서 교육공동체가 한 자리에 모여 창의적인 교육정책으로 발전시키기 위해 노력한다는 데 큰 의의가 있다”며 “이번 토론회에서 다듬어진 정책 아이디어는 향후 대전교육 정책 추진에 적극 반영하겠다.”고 말했다.
