이낙연 더불어민주당 전 대표를 차기 대통령으로 만들기 위한 전국 지지모임이 확산되는 가운데 충청권 신복지포럼이 충남과 충북에 이어 대전에서도 1만명이 넘는 발기인 및 회원이 대거 참여한 가운데 출범 깃발을 올렸다.
