대전시사회서비스원은 공공의 민관협력 업무담당자 및 민간기관 중간관리자(복지경력 5년 이상)를 대상으로 민관협력 슈퍼바이저 양성교육(기본・심화・현장과정) 6일 과정을 운영했다고 밝혔다.

 

본 교육과정은 3개 과정(기본․심화․현장)으로 구성되어‘대전시 민관협력 추진 방향’, ‘주민조직화 방법론’, ‘슈퍼바이저의 행동가치 및 역할’, ‘민관협력 우수사례 및 실천방안 공유’등을 통해 민관협력 사업을 효과적으로 추진할 수 있도록 지원하는데 목적을 두고 운영되었다.

 

민관협력 슈퍼바이저는 79개동 행정복지센터와 35개 거점복지관(노인복지관, 장애인복지관, 사회복지관) 연계․협력을 통한 민관협력 활성화를 추진하는 전문가로서 지역사회의 다양한 복지욕구 해결을 위한 역할수행을 위해 양성되었으며, 2017년 하반기부터 총 187명의 민관협력 슈퍼바이저가 양성되어 활동하고 있다.

 

향후 민관협력 슈퍼바이저는 중앙정부의 정책변화에 따라 지역사회통합돌봄사업과의 연계성을 고려하여 민관협력 핵심 주체들과 함께‘(가칭)마을복지활동가’로 역할을 전환해 갈 계획이다.
