대전시교육청이 대전 동구 보습학원에서 시작된 학원발 확진자가 지난 6일 기준 61명이 발생하고, 학원을 통한 코로나 19감염이 급속히 확산되어 학생과 학부모의 긴장감이 높아지고 거리두기 단계가 현행 1.5단계에서 2단계로 격상됨에 따라 학교와 학원에 대한 강화된 방역대책을 발표했다.

교육청 발표에 따르면 학교 밀집도의 경우 초·중학교는 1/3을 원칙으로 하되 학교 규모에 따라 조정이 가능하고, 고등학교는 2/3 이내로 현행과 동일하게 유지된다.

초·중학교 중 600명 이하의 학교는 2/3까지 등교가 가능하고, 600명에서 1,000명 이하 학교 중 안전조치가 가능하며 구성원의 의견수렴을 거친 학교는 2/3 등교가 가능하며, 1,000명을 초과하는 대규모학교는 1/3 이내를 준수해야 한다.

한편, 기초학력 보장 등을 위해 초등학교 1,2학년은 밀집도 대상에 제외하여 현행과 같이 매일 등교가 가능하며, 고3 매일 등교 원칙도 그대로 유지된다.

학원에서 감염자가 지속적으로 발생함에 따라 시교육청과 교육지원청은 합동 특별점검단을 구성하여 4월 8일(목)부터 3주간 대전지역 학원·교습소 3,690개에 대하여 전수 방역점검을 실시하고 운영시간, 인원제한, 소독, 환기 등 거리두기 단계별 방역수칙 적용하여 위반 시 엄정하게 조치할 예정이다.

또한 대전시와 협력하여 감염이 발생한 지역을 중심으로 입시 보습 학원·교습소 14개원에 대해서는 4월 16일(금)까지 집합금지 및 가양동 소재 학원·교습소에 대한 일제 방역소독을 요청하였고, 동구 지역 학원·교습소 종사자 전원이 선별진료소에서 코로나19 진단검사를 받을 수 있도록 조치하였다.

설동호 대전시교육감은“현 상황을 엄중하게 인식하여 확산세를 꺾고 추가 감염자가 발생하지 않도록 교육청에서 할 수 있는 모든 조치를 실행하여 하루빨리 학생들이 안전한 환경에서 학습할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다.”라고 밝혔다.

As infections continue to occur in the academy, the City Office of Education and the Education Support Office formed a joint special inspection team to conduct a full quarantine inspection on 3,690 academies and training centers in Daejeon for three weeks from April 8 (Thursday), and operating hours, In case of violation, strict measures will be taken by applying quarantine rules for each stage of distancing, such as restrictions on personnel, disinfection, and ventilation.

In addition, in cooperation with the city of Daejeon, for 14 admissions tutoring academies and training centers in areas where the infection occurred, group prohibitions were made until April 16 (Fri), and Japanese quarantine disinfection was requested for academies and training centers in Gayang-dong. Measures have been taken so that all teachers at the training center can receive the corona 19 diagnostic test at the screening clinic.

Daejeon City Superintendent Seol Dong-ho said, “We will do our best to help students learn in a safe environment as soon as possible by taking all measures that the Office of Education can take to curb the spread of the current situation and prevent further infections from occurring.” .
