세종시가 올해 신규공무원 채용규모를 지난해보다 8명 늘어난 106명으로 확정했다.

신규공무원 채용은 공개경쟁임용시험을 원칙으로 하되, 전문지식과 경험이 요구되는 연구‧지도직 및 일부 기술직을 대상으로는 자격요건 충족자를 대상으로 경력경쟁임용시험을 실시한다.

시는 사회적 취약계층의 공직진출 기회를 제공하기 위해 장애인 4명, 저소득층 2명을 별도 선발하며, 지역 기술계고 졸업(예정)자도 2명을 선발한다.
