박용갑 중구청장의 3선 연임으로 인해 내년도 지방선거 불출마가 확정된 가운데 지역내 예비 후보군들의 이름 알리기 몸부림에 황운하 의원실이 일침을 가했다.

최근 중구지역에는 내년도 지방선거 출마를 희망하는 구청장 후보 희망자들이 내건 현수막에 대해 중구청이 가차없이 제거 하면서 조명을 받았다.
