특위 위원들은 “그동안 추진해온 과제들의 내실 있는 성과를  도출해야 하는 단계이며, 실행력 있고 효율적인 관리가 필요하다”고 주문했다.

윤용대 위원장은“특히 일자리 창출, 스마트시티 조성 등 시민이 체감하고 느낄 수 있는 사업에 집중하여 대전시가 4차산업혁명특별시로 재도약할 수 있도록 내실 있는 과제관리 및 실시간으로 추진 현황 등을 볼 수 있는 프로그램을 통한 홍보강화 등 업무 추진에  최선의 노력을 다해줄 것”을 당부했다.

한편 대전시의회 4차산업혁명특별위원회는 대전시가 4차산업혁명 시대를 이끌어 나갈 핵심거점지역으로 육성될 수 있도록 필요한 행정 및 재정적 지원방안을 마련하기 위해 7명의 위원으로 구성되어 활동하고 있다.
