세종시가 ‘세종형 기초생계지원’의 선정기준액과 지원금액을 상향조정했다고 20일 밝혔다.
자격기준은 1개월 이상 세종시에 거주해야 하며 재산공제액 8,500만원 ,주거용 재산 한도액 1억 원 ,장애인가구 소득공제(중증 장애 24만 2,500원, 경증 장애 10만 4,800원)등 적용 시 가구 소득인정액이 기준 중위소득 44%이하인 자다.
2021년도 기준 중위소득 인상에 따라 상향 조정된 세종형 기초생계지원은 2016년 7월부터 시작해 실질적인 생활이 어려우나 재산기준 등 법정요건이 맞지 않아 공공부조의 제도권 외에 있는 비수급 저소득층에게 최소한의 생계를 보장해주는 사업이다.

세종시는 지난해 7월 선정기준 확대에 이어 정부의 2021년 기준 중위소득 인상되면서 올해 세종형 기초생계지원 선정기준액을 4인 가구 기준 전년 대비 2.68% 인상했다.
가구원수별로는 1인 가구 80만 4,246원, 2인 가구 135만 8,755원, 3인 가구 175만 2,938원, 4인 가구 214만 5,568원이며, 5인 가구는 253만 3,244원, 6인가구는 291만 6,585원이다.
가구원수·소득구간(3등급)별 차등 지원하는 세종형 기초생계급여도 상향조정돼 최대 월별 1인 가구 23만 1,000원, 2인 가구 39만 원 , 3인 가구 50만 2,000원, 4인 가구 61만 5,000원을 지원받을 수 있다.
세종형 기초생계지원은 거주지 읍·면·동 행정복지센터에서 연중 수시로 신청할 수 있다.

Sejong-type basic living wages, which are differentially supported by the number of household members and income category (level 3), have also been increased, so that a maximum of 230,000 won per month for one person, 390,000 won for a 2-person household, 500,000 won for a 3-person household, and a 4-person household 615,000 won can be provided.
Sejong-hyung's basic livelihood support can be applied at any time throughout the year at the administrative welfare center in the city of residence.
