세종시가 주민이 주도해 수립한 마을계획사업에 대해 주민이 해당 사업에 상시적으로 의견을 제안할 수 있는 제도을 마련했다.
세종시는 세종사회적경제공동체센터와 온·오프라인 시스템을 통해 상시적으로 주민제안과 홍보가 가능한 ‘마을계획사업 상시제안시스템’을 구축했다고 20일 밝혔다.
‘마을계획사업 상시제안시스템’이 구축되면서 세종시민은 앞으로 읍·면·동 복컴·민원실에 설치된 상시의견접수함이나 세종사회적경제공동체센터 누리집에 개설한 마을계획 메뉴를 활용해 언제든지 마을계획사업에 대해 의견개진이 가능하게 됐다.
세종시는 이번 시스템 구축을 통해 마을계획사업을 상시 홍보하고 주민들의 참여 확대를 유도할 예정이며, 소통·참여 채널의 다양화로 폭넓은 계층의 주민참여가 가능해져 의제발굴 또한 다채로워질 것으로 기대하고 있다.
