충남 예산군 대표농산물인 예산황토사과 러시아 수출 출하식이 지난 8일 예산능금농협(조합장 권오영) 및 스마일무역(대표 오태준)과 예산군 관계자 등이 참석한 가운데 예산농산물유통센터(APC)에서 있었다.

비옥한 토양과 일조량이 풍부한 재배환경에서 생산되는 예산황토사과는 타 지역의 사과보다 품질이 우수해 전국적으로 인기가 높으며, 매년 꾸준한 해외 수출을 통해 현지로부터 높은 호응을 얻고 있다.

이날 러시아 수출길에 오른 예산황토사과는 총 14.5톤 규모로 품질이 우수해 현지에서 경쟁력이 있다는 평가와 함께 예산군은 점차 수출량을 늘려나갈 계획이다.

한편 예산황토사과는 지난해 12월말 기준 러시아로 29.8톤, 배는 18.3톤이 해외 수출 길에 올랐다.
