세종시민들은 향후 세종시 발전방향으로 ‘행정수도’를 가장 많이 기대하고 있는 것으로 조사됐다.  

 

세종시가 ‘2020년 세종시 사회조사 결과’에서 세종시민들은 향후 ‘세종시가 어떠한 도시로 발전하길 희망하는가’에 대한 질문에 66.0%가 ‘행정수도’를 선택했으며, 다음으로 문화도시(9.5%),  경제도시(7.7%), 교육도시(6.6%) 순으로 답했다.

 

지난 2018년 조사에서는 시민 53.0%가 행정수도를 꼽았는데, 올해는 지난 조사에 견줘 13%포인트가 상승해 행정수도 완성에 대한 시민들의 기대감이 이전보다 높아진 것으로 풀이된다.

 

더불어 ‘행복경험’ 정도를 10점 만점에 6.6점으로 꼽았고, ‘삶에 대한 만족’ 정도를 6.5점으로 답했다.

 

이번 조사는 지난 8월 20일부터 9월 7일까지 ▲개인 ▲가구와 가족 ▲보건 ▲사회복지 ▲환경 ▲안전 ▲정부와 사회참여 등 7개 부문 69개 항목을 집계했다.

 

‘삶에 대한 만족감과 정서 경험’ 부문에서는 행복경험을 6.6점, 삶에 대한 만족정도를 6.5점으로 답했으며, 이 또한 2018년 조사 결과인 6.3점, 6.2점에서 각각 0.3점씩 상승했다.

세종시내 의료기관 이용 ‘불만족’ 비율은 9.7%로 2019년 대비 2.8%포인트 감소했고, 타 지역 의료기관 이용은 대전, 수도권(서울·경기), 충북 청주 순으로 집계됐다.

60세 이상 노인이 받고 싶은 복지 서비스는 '간병서비스'가 22.7%로 가장 높았으며, 미취학 아동 보육을 위한 1순위 필요시설로 ‘국공립어린이집’, 1순위 필요 프로그램으로 ‘시간제 보육’을 가장 많이 꼽았다.
