충남도가 중국 헤이룽장성과 협력강화을 위한 양해각서를 체결했다고 밝혔다.

포스트코로나 시대 상호 지속가능한 온라인 지방외교 모델을 구축하기 위해 체결한 이번 협약은 맺은 충남도와 헤이룽장성 간 자매결연을 맺은 5주년을 기념, 미래 동반성장의 길을 함께 모색하기 위해 마련됐다.

이번 협약은 양승조 충남지사와 헤이룽장성 청즈밍 부성장이 4일 온라인 화상연결을 통해 협력강화를 주 내용으로 체결했다.

5주년 기념행사는 기념사 및 축사, 경과보고, 축하공연(영상), 경제실-중국 국제무역촉진위원회 헤이룽장성 위원회, 충남테크노파크-하얼빈 빈시개발위원회 및 도-성 간 교류협력 양해각서 체결, 기념촬영 순으로 진행됐다.
 
이날 5주년 기념행사 및 협약에는 김명선 도의회 의장, 이응기 충남테크노파크 원장, 우원거 외사판공실 주임, 싱아이궈 비서장 등이 함께했다.
