이번 대회에는 R&E(과제연구) 계획서 공모를 통해 선정된 고등학교 17교, 50팀이 참가하고, 학생들이 대학 및 연구기관의 인적․물적 자원을 활용한 연구 결과를 포스터 형식으로 발표하게 된다.
