충남 아산시가 지방세‧지방세외수입금 1000만원 이상 고액‧상습 체납자 명단을 지난 18일 시 홈페이지와 위택스 등을 통해 공개했다고 밝혔다.
올해 고액‧상습 체납자 명단공개 대상자는 2020년 1월 1일 기준, 체납일로부터 1년이 경과한 체납액 1000만원 이상인 체납자이다. 지난 3월부터 6개월간 체납액 납부와 소명의 기회를 주었으나 이를 해소하지 않아 충청남도 지방세심의위원회를 거쳐 공개하게 됐다.
지방세 체납 공개자는 총 86명(법인 24개, 개인 62명)이며 체납액은 32억8400만원(법인 7억635만원, 개인 25억5729만원)이다. 지방세외수입금 체납 공개자는 5명(개인)이며 체납액은 8억5229만원이다.
공개 항목은 체납자의 성명(법인명), 나이, 주소, 주요 체납세목 등이며 체납자가 법인인 경우에는 법인 대표자의 성명도 공개됐다.

The city of Asan, Chungcheongnam-do announced that the list of high-income and frequent nonpayers of 10 million won or more in local and non-local taxes were released on the city's website and Witax on the 18th.
As of January 1, 2020, this year's list of high-income and frequent arrears are those with arrears of 10 million won or more after one year from the date of non-payment. Since March, it has been given an opportunity to pay arrears and make an explanation for six months, but it has not been resolved, so it has been disclosed through the Chungcheongnam-do Local Tax Review Committee.
A total of 86 people (24 corporations, 62 individuals) disclosed local tax arrears, and the amount of arrears was 3,284 billion won (7,635 million won for corporations, 2.557.29 million won for individuals). There are 5 (individuals) publicly disclosed in arrears of local non-tax income, and the amount of arrears is 85.229 million won.
The disclosure items were the name (corporation name), age, address, and major tax items for arrears. In the case of a corporation, the name of the corporate representative was also disclosed.
