대전시교육청이 학습종합클리닉센터 요원의 학습 상담 및 코칭 역량 강화를 위한 연수를 실시했다고 밝혔다.

강사는 건강한 동기 균형을 유지하는 방법과 동기의 개인차를 이해하고 학습자의 성향에 따른 학습 동기 강화 상담 기술 강연을 통하여 학습코칭지원단의 학습 상담 및 코칭 역량을 강화하는 성과를 보였다.
