충남도가 충남혁신도시 개발예정지구인 내포신도시를 토지거래 허가 구역으로 지정 4일부터 시행 한다고 밝혔다.

이번 지정은 부동산시장 안정화를 통해 성공적인 혁신도시 안착을 지원하기 위한 것으로, 지난달 28일 충남도 도시계획위원회의 심의를 거쳐, 10월 30일 자로 공고했다.

대상 지역은 내포신도시인 홍성군 홍북읍 신경리, 예산군 삽교읍 목리 일원 995만 1000㎡ 3756필지로, 지정 기간은 오는 2022년 11월까지 2년이다.

이번 토지거래허가구역 지정에 따라 내포신도시 내 기준 면적을 초과하는 토지를 매매할 시에는 반드시 홍성·예산군수의 허가를 받아야 한다.

토지거래 허가를 받은 경우에도 일정기간 허가 목적대로 이용해야 한다.
