충남도의회가 충남신용보증재단 이사장 후보자에 대한 엄격한 인사검증 절차에 본격 착수한다.

충남도의회 ‘충청남도 충남신용보증재단 이사장 후보자 인사청문특별위원회’는 4일 제1차 회의를 열고 이상근 의원을 위원장으로, 설미경 의원을 부위원장으로 선출하는 등 체제를 정비했다. 

총 13명의 위원으로 구성된 특위는 오는 14일 박의수 이사장 후보자에 대한 인사청문회를 열고 본격적인 자질 검증에 나선다.

이번 인사검증의 핵심 기준은 경영 능력과 전문성, 도덕성이다. 

특위는 충남신용보증재단이 지역 소상공인과 중소기업의 금융안전망 역할을 담당하는 핵심 기관인 만큼, 후보자의 정책사업 추진 역량과 신용보증·소상공인 지원 분야의 전문성을 정밀 검증할 계획이다. 이와 함께 기관장으로서 갖춰야 할 경영 리더십과 도덕성, 책임성 역시 종합적으로 평가한다.

이상근 위원장은 후보자가 재단을 안정적으로 이끌 적임자인지 도민의 눈높이에서 공정하고 투명하게 검증하겠다고 강조했다. 특위는 사전 제출 자료 검토와 운영방안 점검을 거쳐 청문회를 진행한 뒤, 최종 검증 결과를 담은 인사청문 경과보고서를 작성해 충남도지사에게 송부할 예정이다.
