충남 아산시가 가을 축제 철을 맞아 시민 안전 확보와 원활한 행사 진행을 위해 축제장 일대 불법 노점상에 대한 전면 단속을 펼친다.

이번 집중 단속은 오는 5일부터 6일까지 진행되는 ‘제29회 신정호 별빛축제’와 11일부터 12일까지 열리는 ‘제7회 달그락 페스티벌’ 개최 지역을 대상으로 추진된다.

시는 축제 기간 단속반을 편성해 신정호 야외음악당과 주변 주요 진입로, 보행로, 인도 등 인파가 밀집하는 구역을 중심으로 현장 지도 및 순찰을 대폭 강화한다. 관람객 통행 방해와 안전사고 위험을 유발하는 불법 노점을 엄격히 관리한다는 방침이다.

이를 위해 시는 개막 전 사전 점검과 계도활동을 진행해 불법 노점의 진입을 선제 차단하고, 행사 기간 중 적발되는 적치물과 노점에 대해서는 즉각적인 자진 철거를 유도할 예정이다.

특히 행사장 내 공식 허가를 받아 운영되는 푸드트럭 영업권을 보호하고, 불법 영업으로 인한 마찰 및 행사장 혼잡을 방지해 방문객들에게 쾌적한 축제 환경을 제공할 계획이다.
