대전광역시교육청이 청렴한 조직문화를 확산하고 시민의 신뢰를 높이기 위해 새로운 청렴 비전을 선포하고 청렴 문화 행사를 열었다. 

시교육청은 4일 본청 대강당에서 열린 월례조회에서 ‘2026 대전교육 청렴콘텐츠 공모전’ 시상식을 개최하고, ‘신뢰받는 오감만족 대전교육’을 새로운 청렴 비전으로 공식 발표했다고 밝혔다.

이번 공모전은 학생과 교직원, 대전시민이 참여해 총 97편의 작품이 접수됐으며, 정밀 심사를 거쳐 청렴 숏폼(6편), 청렴 인스타툰(2편), 청렴 포스터(8편), 청렴 표어 캘리그라피(11편) 등 총 27편이 최종 수상작으로 뽑혔다. 수상 작품들은 9월 한 달 동안 시교육청 1층 대전교육미술관에 전시되어 교육가족과 방문객들에게 일상 속 청렴의 가치를 전할 예정이다.

시상식에 이어 오석진 대전시교육감은 '신뢰받는 오감만족 대전교육' 비전을 직접 발표하며 공정, 투명, 책임, 적극, 존중 등 5대 핵심가치를 제시했다. 대전교육청은 이를 실천 과제인 '조직문화 리셋 S.O.R(Slim·Open·Respect)'과 연계해 불필요한 일은 줄이고 소통은 열며 서로 존중하는 일하는 방식을 정착시킬 방침이다.

교육청은 이번 비전을 기반으로 ‘청렴도 1등급·부패 ZERO’ 목표를 달성해 교육행정 전반의 투명성을 대폭 끌어올릴 계획이다.

오석진 대전시교육감은 “교육가족과 시민의 참여로 만들어진 청렴 콘텐츠가 청렴 의지를 다지는 소중한 계기가 되길 바란다”며 “5대 핵심가치를 교육행정 전반에서 실천해 시민이 믿고 체감할 수 있는 공정하고 투명한 대전교육을 완성하겠다”고 다짐했다.
