세종시교육청은 2027년도 본예산 편성에 앞서 주민의 참여를 보장하고 교육재정 운영에 대한 시민의 의견을 수렴하기 위해 ‘주민참여예산 설문조사’를 실시한다고 15일 밝혔다.

이번 설문조사는 이달 15일부터 다음달 20일까지 36일간 진행되며, 세종시에 거주하는 학생, 학부모, 교직원 등 시민 누구나 참여할 수 있다.

설문은 시 교육청 누리집 내 주민참여예산제-설문조사 메뉴를 통해 참여하거나, 안내된 정보무늬(QR코드)를 활용해 모바일로도 간편하게 참여할 수 있다.

설문 문항은 총 22개으로 ▲주민참여예산제 인지도 ▲중·장기적 중점 예산 지원 분야 ▲기초학력 향상 ▲존중과 배려의 학교문화 조성 ▲미래 교육환경 조성 ▲학습권을 보장하는 교육복지 ▲영유아 교육 공공성 강화 등 12개 주요 분야에 대한 사업 우선순위를 묻는 내용으로 구성됐다.

또 설문조사에 참여한 시민 가운데 추첨을 통해 30명에게 1만 원권 모바일 상품권을 지급할 예정이다.

시 교육청은 이번 설문조사를 통해 수렴한 의견을 2027년도 예산편성 방향 설정과 투자 우선순위 결정, 중기지방교육재정계획 수립 등 교육재정 정책 수립의 기초자료로 활용할 계획이다.
