더불어민주당 정준영 계룡시장 후보가 충남 계룡시 두마면의 정주 여건을 대폭 개선해 젊은 세대와 가족 단위 인구가 정착할 수 있는 활력 넘치는 도시로 탈바꿈하겠다는 구상을 내놓았다.
