충남도의회 농수산해양위원회가 농축산국 예산 심사 과정에서 불요불급 지출을 지적하며 정책 실행력을 높일 것을 촉구했다.​

위원회는 2일 제362회 정례회 2차 회의에서 2025년 제3회 추가경정예산안과 2026년 본예산안, 조례안 등을 면밀히 검토했다. 

이날 충청남도 친환경농산물 광역브랜드 육성 및 관리에 관한 조례안 ,충청남도 필수농자재 지원에 관한 조례안 등 6건의 조례안을 의결하며 심사를 마무리했다.​

이연희 위원장(서산3·국민의힘)은 청년농 지원사업의 연령 제한 문제를 꼬집으며 "조례 근거가 있음에도 34세까지만 지원하는 건 정책 일관성이 부족하다"며 중앙정부 연계 확대를 제안했다. 로컬푸드 직매장 사업에 대해서는 "예산 집행 낭비를 막고 핵심 기능 강화에 집중해야 한다"고 강조했다.​

신영호 부위원장(서천2·국민의힘)은 청년 창업지원 단가 통일의 긍정성을 인정하면서도 도립대 급식 친환경 식품비 인상을 요구했다. 농·축협 출연금 미납과 전국 최초 '팜맵 구축사업'의 예산 투명성 제고도 주문하며 현장 중심 개선을 촉구했다.​

김복만 위원(금산2·국민의힘)은 미집행 예산을 "도민 세금 낭비"로 규정하고 불용 사업 사전 점검을, 박미옥 위원(비례·국민의힘)은 에코그리드 당진 사업의 의회 동의 누락을 절차 위반으로 비판했다. 

오안영 위원(아산1·더불어민주당)은 농업인 신문 구독 허수와 타작물 정책 모순을 들어 실태조사 및 현실적 예산 편성을 강력히 요청했다.​

He also called for increased budget transparency for the nation's first "Farm Map Construction Project" and for field-centered improvements, addressing unpaid contributions from agricultural and livestock cooperatives.

Councilmember Kim Bok-man (Geumsan 2, People Power Party) characterized the unspent budget as a "waste of taxpayer money" and called for a preemptive review of unused projects. Councilmember Park Mi-ok (Proportional Representation, People Power Party) criticized the failure to obtain council approval for the Eco Grid Dangjin project as a procedural violation.

Councilmember Oh An-young (Asan 1, Democratic Party of Korea) strongly requested a fact-finding investigation and realistic budget allocation, citing false subscriptions to farmers' newspapers and inconsistencies in policies for other crops.
