충남 서산시의회가 2일 제310회 제2차 정례회 제2차 본회의를 열어 ‘2025년도 제4회(정리) 추가경정예산안’, 조례안 19건, 동의안 7건 등 총 32개 안건을 집행부 원안대로 통과시켰다.

추경예산안은 기존 예산 1조 4623억 원보다 606억 원(4.15%) 증액된 1조 5230억 원 규모로, 각 상임위원회와 예산결산특별위원회 심사를 거쳐 삭감 없이 처리됐다. 

조례안 가운데는 ‘서산시 사립 박물관 및 사립 미술관 지원 조례 일부개정조례안’, ‘서산시 갱년기 증후군 관리 및 지원 조례안’, ‘서산시 인공지능행정 구현에 관한 조례안’ 등이 원안가결 되었고, 일부는 수정가결 처리됐다.

특히 이날 본회의에서는 이경화 의원이 ‘서산시 1인 가구 지원 정책 제안’을 주제로 5분 자유발언을 진행하며, 증가하는 1인 가구에 대한 지원 정책 필요성을 강조했다.

산업건설위원회와 행정문화복지위원회 등 각 상임위는 지역 현안에 대한 조례 개정과 사업 동의를 원활히 처리하며 서산시 발전을 위한 기반 마련에 힘썼다.

Seosan City Council Holds 310th Regular Session, Passes 32 Agenda Items -

The Seosan City Council, South Chungcheong Province, held the 2nd plenary session of the 310th 2nd Regular Session on the 2nd and passed a total of 32 agenda items, including the "2025 4th (Reorganization) Supplementary Budget," 19 ordinances, and 7 consent motions, as originally proposed by the executive branch.
