대전 대덕구가 12월 1일부터 2일까지 지역 고등학교 3학년 학생을 대상으로 ‘사회초년생을 위한 맞춤형 부동산 교육’을 실시했다고 밝혔다. 

수능을 마친 고3 수험생들이 대학 진학과 사회 진입 과정에서 부동산 계약 경험 부족으로 인한 피해를 예방하고, 안전한 주거 선택 능력을 갖추도록 마련된 교육이다.

강의는 송촌고(1일)와 이문고(2일)에서 진행됐으며, 부동산 계약 기초 용어, 나에게 맞는 주거 선택 기준, 계약 단계별 필수 점검 사항, 전세사기 유형 및 예방·대처법 등 실생활에 바로 활용 가능한 내용으로 구성되었다. 

특히 공인중개사협회 대전지부 소속 강사가 실제 사례를 중심으로 설명해 학생들의 이해와 공감을 높였다.

최충규 대덕구청장은 “이번 교육이 예비 사회인에게 올바른 경제 관념과 부동산 지식을 심어주는 든든한 밑거름이 되길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 청년들이 안심하고 정착할 수 있는 안전한 도시 환경을 조성하는 데 힘쓰겠다”고 말했다. 

대덕구는 앞으로도 전세사기 피해 예방을 위한 교육을 지속해 나갈 계획이다.

Daejeon Daedeok-gu District announced that it conducted "Tailored Real Estate Education for New Graduates" for local high school seniors from December 1st to 2nd.

This program is designed to help high school seniors who have just completed the CSAT avoid losses caused by a lack of real estate contract experience during their college entrance and career transition, and to equip them with the skills to make safe housing choices.

The lectures, held at Songchon High School (1st) and Imun High School (2nd), covered practical, real-life topics such as basic real estate contract terminology, criteria for choosing the right housing, essential checklists for each contract stage, and types of jeonse (lease) fraud and how to prevent and respond to them.

In particular, an instructor from the Daejeon branch of the Korea Association of Real Estate Brokers provided explanations based on real-life examples, enhancing students' understanding and empathy.

Daedeok-gu Mayor Choi Chung-gyu said, "I hope this training will serve as a solid foundation for instilling sound economic principles and real estate knowledge in aspiring members of society." He added, "We will continue to strive to create a safe urban environment where young people can settle down with confidence."

Daedeok-gu plans to continue providing education to prevent damage from jeonse (lease) fraud.
