대전시가 2026년 ‘돌봄통합지원법’ 시행을 앞두고 지역사회 통합돌봄 체계를 점검하고 내실을 다지기 위한 자리를 마련했다. 

대전시사회서비스원(원장 김인식)은 2일 한남대학교 메이커스페이스에서 대전시 및 5개 자치구 공무원, 제공기관, 거점복지관 관계자 등 120여 명이 참석한 가운데 ‘2025년 대전시 지역사회 통합돌봄 평가회’를 성공적으로 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 평가회는 올 한 해 동안 추진된 지역사회 통합돌봄의 주요 성과를 공유하고, 새롭게 시행될 국가 차원의 돌봄 통합 체계에 대비하여 지역 돌봄 시스템을 정비하는 방안을 논의하는 데 초점을 맞췄다.

평가회는 유공자 표창을 시작으로, 대전형·정부형 통합돌봄 우수사례 발표, 대전형 통합돌봄 성과 및 과제 발표, 의료–돌봄 연계 사례와 향후 방안 논의 등의 순서로 진행됐다. 특히 자치구별 우수 제공기관 실무자들에게 대전시장 표창을 수여하며 현장 종사자들의 노고를 치하했다.

또한, 현장에서 발굴된 생생한 경험을 담은 ‘대전시 통합돌봄 우수사례집’을 제작·배포하여 통합돌봄 모델의 확산에 적극적으로 나섰다.

김종민 대전시 복지국장은 이 자리에서 “대전의 통합돌봄은 민·관이 함께 쌓아온 협력의 힘과 현장의 헌신으로 발전해왔다”고 강조하며, “2026년 돌봄통합지원법 시행을 계기로 시민이 더욱 촘촘한 돌봄을 체감하고, 누구나 일상에서 필요한 돌봄을 받을 수 있는 돌봄 선도 도시를 만들겠다”는 강력한 의지를 표명했다.

대전시사회서비스원 김인식 원장 역시 “대전시사회서비스원은 그동안 통합돌봄 현장을 지지하는 탄탄한 기반을 다져왔다”고 설명하며, “제도 시행을 앞두고 현장이 혼란 없이 변화에 적응할 수 있도록 지원하고, 대전시가 통합돌봄 선도 도시로 자리매김하는 데 중간 지원 플랫폼 역할을 더욱 강화하겠다”고 밝혔다.

대전시는 그동안 의료·요양·돌봄 자원을 유기적으로 연계하며 지역 기반의 통합돌봄 생태계를 강화하는 데 힘써왔다. 

대전시사회서비스원은 모니터링·컨설팅, 종사자 역량강화, 매뉴얼 보급 등을 통해 지역 돌봄체계의 품질과 안정성을 높이는 핵심 플랫폼 역할을 수행해왔으며, 국가 차원의 돌봄 체계가 본격 가동되는 전환기에 현장 지원 기능을 더욱 강화할 계획이다.

The Daejeon City Social Service Center (Director Kim In-sik) announced the successful hosting of the '2025 Daejeon City Community Integrated Care Evaluation Meeting' at the Hannam University Makerspace on the 2nd. Approximately 120 participants, including officials from Daejeon City and five autonomous districts, providers, and key welfare centers, attended the meeting.

This evaluation meeting focused on sharing key achievements in community integrated care implemented throughout the year and discussing ways to improve the local care system in preparation for the new national integrated care system.
