세종 스마트시티 국가시범도시 내에 들어서는 ‘엘리프 세종 스마트시티’가 21일 견본주택 문을 열고 분양 절차에 들어갔다.

계룡건설과 원건설이 공동 시공하는 이번 단지는 세종특별자치시 5-1생활권 L9블록에 조성되며, 지하 2층에서 지상 18층 규모로 전용면적 59~84㎡ 총 424가구가 공급된다.

청약 일정은 12월 1일 특별공급을 시작으로 2일 1순위, 3일 2순위 접수가 진행된다. 당첨자는 12월 9일 발표되며, 정당 계약은 20일부터 23일까지 이뤄질 예정이다. 일반공급 물량의 경우 가점제 40%, 추첨제 60%가 적용돼 가점이 낮은 청약자에게도 당첨 기회가 열린다.
