대전 기업들이 80조 원대 시가총액 시대를 열며 지역 산업 생태계의 성장세를 이어가고 있다. 여기에 인공지능(AI) 경량화 기술기업 ‘노타(NOTA)’의 신규 상장이 더해지면서, 대전의 기업 가치 전반에 상승 기류가 형성되고 있다.

코스닥 시장에서는 대전을 대표하는 첨단 산업 기업들이 두각을 나타냈다. 바이오 분야의 알테오젠은 시가총액 26조 1375억 원으로 코스닥 1위를 기록했고, 로봇 전문기업 레인보우로보틱스(8조 4680억 원)는 4위, 펩트론(6조 3073억 원)은 6위, 리가켐바이오(5조 3597억 원)는 10위권에 올랐다.
