대전평생교육진흥원(원장 최선희)이 내년 대전시민대학에서 활동할 강사를 오는 11월 24일부터 26일까지 공개 모집한다.

모집 분야는 인문교양, 문화예술, 시민참여, 직업능력, 성인진로 등 총 5개로, 선발 인원은 152명에 이른다.

세부적으로는 인문교양 75명, 문화예술 15명, 시민참여 45명, 직업능력 15명, 성인진로 2명을 모집한다. 특히 생애주기별 평생학습 참여율이 낮은 30~40대(3040세대)를 위한 맞춤형 강사 10명을 별도로 선발해 평생교육 참여층을 확대할 방침이다.

대전평생교육진흥원은 다양한 분야의 전문 인력에게 기회를 제공하기 위해 11월 12일(수) 오전 10시, 오후 2시, 오후 7시 세 차례에 걸쳐 사전 설명회를 연다. 설명회는 대전시민대학 1층 컨퍼런스홀에서 진행된다.

선발 절차는 1차 적격심사와 2차 서류 및 면접심사로 진행되며, 최종 합격자는 내년 1월 강사 오리엔테이션을 거쳐 본격적인 강의 활동에 나설 예정이다.
