정당 지지율보다 48%P 높은 직무평가…광범위한 시민 지지 확인

최민호 세종시장 2위 138.4점...김태흠 충남지사 6위 127.1점

이장우 대전시장이 리얼미터가 발표한 ‘2025년 7월 광역단체장 정당지표 상대지수’에서 148.0점을 기록하며 전국 1위에 올랐다.

이는 대전지역 소속 정당 지지율보다 직무평가가 48%포인트 높은 수치로, 당 지지층을 초월한 폭넓은 시민 지지를 확보했다는 분석이 나온다.

14일 리얼미터에 따르면, 정당지표 상대지수는 각 단체장이 소속 정당의 지역 내 지지율 대비 직무수행 평가를 받은 정도를 수치화한 지표다. 100을 초과하면 당 지지율보다 직무평가가 높음을 뜻하며, 낮으면 그 반대를 의미한다.

이번 조사에서 2위는 최민호 세종시장(138.4점), 3위는 이철우 경북지사(137.3점)가 차지했다. 뒤이어 4위 김영환 충북지사(133.7점) ,5위 유정복 인천시장(132.5점) ,6위 김태흠 충남지사(127.1점) ,7위 오세훈 서울시장(126.7점) ,8위 김두겸 울산시장(124.2점) ,9위 박완수 경남지사(118.3점) ,10위 김진태 강원지사(118.1점) ,11위 박형준 부산시장(108.2점) ,12위 김동연 경기지사(83.3점) 순으로 나타났다. 대구시장은 궐위로 조사에서 제외됐다.

이 시장은 지난해 11월 조사에서도 135.6점을 기록하며 1위를 차지한 바 있어, 2년 연속 최상위권을 지켰다.

한편, 광역단체장 ‘직무수행 평가’ 일반지수에서는 이철우 경북지사와 김영록 전남지사가 각각 50.7%로 공동 1위를 기록했다. 김동연 경기지사(50.0%)가 3위, 김관영 전북지사가 49.6%로 4위에 올랐다.

이장우 시장은 43.3%로 7위에 자리했으며, 울산 김두겸 시장이 45.5%로 5위, 경남 박완수 지사가 44.0%로 6위를 차지했다.

이번 조사는 지난 6월 27~30일과 7월 28~31일 전국 18세 이상 유권자 1만 3600명(광역단체별 각 800명)을 대상으로 유·무선 임의 걸기(RDD) 자동응답 전화 방식으로 진행됐다. 표본오차는 전국 기준 95% 신뢰수준에서 ±0.8%p, 광역단체별 ±3.5%p, 응답률은 3.3%다.
