대전시가 지역 청년 일자리 창출을 위한 ‘2025 대전 청년채용박람회’에 참가할 우수기업을 오는 9월 30일까지 모집한다. 

이번 박람회는 대전시청에서 개최되며, 슬로건 ‘대전에서 잡(Job)는 내일’ 아래 실제 채용에 중점을 둔 다양한 프로그램을 선보인다.

이번 채용박람회는 대전 지역 청년에게 현장 면접, 취업특강, 채용설명회 등 폭넓은 취업 지원 서비스를 제공하는 원스톱 일자리 행사로, 총 70개 내외의 우수 중소기업, D-유니콘기업, 외국인 투자기업, 관광·마이스 분야 기업 등 구인계획이 있는 기업들의 적극적인 참여를 유도하고 있다.

행사장은 기업채용관 ,청년정책관 ,내일설계관 등으로 나뉘어, 청년 구직자들은 다양한 직무와 산업 정보를 체험하고 실질적인 구직 활동이 가능하다. 특히 대전일자리지원센터와 연계해 현장 매칭을 한층 강화하고, 온라인 채용관도 운영해 시간과 공간 제약 없이 취업 기회가 제공된다.

박람회 참가 기업에는 맞춤형 인재 매칭, 기업 홍보 지원, 현장 부스 제공 등 실질적인 지원이 이뤄지며, 지역 우수 인재 확보와 기업 이미지 제고라는 두 마리 토끼를 동시에 잡을 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
