대전시가 ‘임신 사전건강관리 지원사업’의 예산 조기 소진에 대응해 국비 2억 6천700만 원을 추가로 확보했다. 이에 따라 가임기 시민들이 안정적으로 건강검진비 지원을 받을 수 있게 됐다.

이 사업은 임신과 출산 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 고위험 요인을 조기에 발견하고 예방하기 위해 마련됐다. 지원 대상은 20세부터 49세 이하의 가임기 남녀로, 가임력 검사를 받을 경우 생애주기별로 1회 지원된다. 

여성은 최대 13만 원, 남성은 최대 5만 원까지 검사비를 지원받을 수 있다. 생애주기는 29세 이하(1주기), 30~34세(2주기), 35~49세(3주기)로 구분된다.

검사를 희망하는 시민은 ‘e보건소’ 누리집(e-health.go.kr)에서 온라인으로 신청하거나, 거주지 관할 보건소를 직접 방문해 사전 신청 후 검사의뢰서를 발급받아야 한다. 이후 지정 의료기관에서 검사를 받은 뒤, 보건소에 검사비를 청구하면 된다.

대전시는 이번 추가 예산 확보를 통해 더 많은 시민이 임신 전 건강관리를 받을 수 있도록 사업을 지속적으로 추진할 계획이다.

Daejeon City Secures Additional National Funds for ‘Pregnancy Pre-Health Care Support Project’

Daejeon City secured an additional KRW 267 million in national funds in response to the early depletion of the budget for the ‘Pregnancy Pre-Health Care Support Project.’ As a result, citizens of childbearing age can now receive stable support for health checkups.
