대전시교육청이 2026학년도 늘봄학교 강사 선발을 위한 1차 프로그램 운영 제안서 심사 기준을 확정하고, 이를 방과후학교돌봄지원센터 홈페이지에 공개했다고 10일 밝혔다. 

이번 조치는 늘봄학교 프로그램 운영자들이 강사 선발 과정을 미리 준비할 수 있도록 돕고, 선발 과정의 공정성과 투명성을 한층 높이기 위한 취지다.

늘봄학교 강사 선발은 1차 서류심사(프로그램 제안서 평가)와 2차 면접심사(운영 능력 평가)로 이뤄진다. 대전시교육청은 학교 현장의 업무 부담을 줄이기 위해 2019년부터 1차 심사를 교육청 차원에서 일괄적으로 진행해왔으며, 학교는 2차 면접을 담당한다. 

강사 지원자는 방과후학교돌봄지원센터 홈페이지에 제안서와 증빙서류를 제출하면, 평가위원단이 심사 기준에 따라 점수를 부여한다.

2026학년도 심사 기준은 지난 5월 전년도 심사 결과 분석과 학교 의견 수렴, 6월 외부 전문가와의 협의회를 거쳐 마련됐다. 대전시교육청은 이번 심사 기준 공개로 강사 선발 과정의 예측 가능성을 높이고, 학교가 자체적으로 1차 심사를 실시할 경우에도 동일한 기준을 적용할 수 있도록 해 평가의 일관성과 공정성을 확보했다.

교육청 관계자는 "사전 기준 공개와 외부 전문가 협의를 통해 늘봄학교 강사 선발의 전문성과 신뢰성을 강화했다"며 "앞으로도 학교의 행정 부담을 줄이고, 우수한 프로그램 운영 인력을 확보하는 데 최선을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.
