충남 아산시가 금융기관과의 협력을 통해 지역 소상공인의 자금난 해소에 본격적으로 나선다. 

이를 위해 아산시는 충남신용보증재단, 농협은행, 하나은행과 함께 총 240억 원 규모의 특례보증 지원사업을 추진한다고 23일 밝혔다.

이번 조치는 경기 침체와 고금리 여파로 자금 확보에 어려움을 겪는 영세 자영업자와 소상공인에게 실질적인 금융 지원을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 민관 공동 협력 모델로 주목받고 있다.

오세현 아산시장은 이날 조소행 충남신용보증재단 이사장, 박장순 농협은행 충남본부장, 이동열 하나은행 충청영업그룹장과 함께 '2025년 소상공인 특례보증 업무협약'을 체결했다.

협약에 따라 아산시는 10억 원, 농협은행과 하나은행은 각각 5억 원씩 총 20억 원을 충남신용보증재단에 출연한다. 이를 재원으로 최대 240억 원 규모의 보증 지원이 가능해지며, 업체당 최대 5000만 원까지 보증이 제공될 예정이다.
