충남 아산시가 지난해 11월 문을 연 인주역의 이용 활성화와 지역 관광객 유치를 위해 코레일과 손잡고 ‘인주역 힐링여행’ 관광상품을 오는 6월부터 본격 운영한다고 16일 밝혔다.

이번 관광상품은 인주역을 출발점으로 아산의 대표 명소를 순회하는 당일형 여행 코스로, 아산의 전통문화, 자연풍경, 휴양 체험을 한 번에 즐길 수 있도록 구성됐다.

주요 방문지는 온양온천전통시장 ,파라다이스스파도고 ,피나클랜드 ,맹씨행단 등이며, 각 장소마다 온천 체험, 자연 경관 감상, 전통시장 쇼핑 등 다양한 활동이 마련돼 있다.

특히 참가자 전원에게는 지역화폐인 아산페이 1만 원이 제공돼 여행 중 지역 내 소비를 유도하며, 전용 차량도 함께 운영돼 교통 편의성까지 확보했다.

오세현 아산시장은 “인주역 힐링여행 상품은 철도 기반 관광 활성화의 모범사례가 될 것”이라며 “앞으로도 교통 인프라와 연계한 다양한 관광콘텐츠를 지속 발굴해 지역경제에 활력을 불어넣겠다”고 밝혔다.

이번 상품은 6월 중 정식 출시될 예정이며, 아산시는 향후 여행 수요와 피드백을 반영해 코스를 다양화할 계획이다.
