충남 논산시의회가 4월 25일부터 30일까지 6일간의 일정으로 제263회 임시회를 열고 본격적인 안건 심의에 돌입했다.

이번 임시회에서는 총 27건의 안건이 다뤄진다. 

이 중에는 의원발의 조례안 10건을 포함한 20건의 조례안과 일반안건 7건이 포함되어 있으며, 각 안건에 대해 심도 있는 논의가 이뤄질 예정이다.

첫날 제1차 본회의에서는 회기 결정과 함께 ‘국민건강보험공단 특별사법경찰제도 도입 촉구 결의안’이 처리됐다. 이어 민병춘, 서승필, 허명숙 의원이 5분 자유발언을 통해 지역 현안에 대한 의견을 제시했다.

민병춘 의원은 일회용품 사용을 줄이고, 다회용기 사용을 체계적으로 지원할 수 있는 ‘다회용기 공공세척센터’ 설립을 제안했고, 서승필 의원은 교통 환경 개선을 주제로, 버스 승강장에 냉·온열 의자 및 버스정보시스템(BIS) 확대 설치, 무단횡단 방지를 위한 ‘장수의자’ 설치 등을 제시했다. 

허명숙 의원은 ‘슬로우패션’ 개념을 도입한 의류 수선비 보조 제도를 통해 폐기물 감축과 일자리 창출을 동시에 도모하자고 제안했다.

이어 28일부터 29일까지는 각 상임위원회별 회의가 열려 상정된 조례안과 일반안건에 대한 심사가 진행된다.

이번 임시회에서는 논산시 사무의 공공기관 위탁·대행 조례안(허명숙 의원 대표발의), 임산부 및 유아동 우선 입장 조례안(허명숙 의원), 자활사업 지원 조례안(조배식 의원), 통합재정안정화기금 설치 및 운용 개정안(이태모 의원), 초등돌봄 지원 조례안(이태모 의원), 영양관리 조례안(이태모 의원), 농촌 지역 공동체 기반 경제·사회서비스 활성화 조례안(서승필 의원), LPG 공급시설 지원 조례안(서원 의원) 등 다양한 분야의 정책 조례안들이 발의돼 주목받고 있다.

논산시의회는 오는 30일 제2차 본회의에서 모든 안건에 대한 최종 의결을 진행하며 제263회 임시회의 일정을 마무리할 예정이다.

The Nonsan City Council plans to hold a final vote on all agenda items at the 2nd plenary session on the 30th and conclude the schedule for the 263rd extraordinary session.
