세종특별자치시가 지역 소상공인의 경영안정과 사회안전망 강화를 위한 실질적 지원에 나섰다. 시는 노란우산공제에 신규 가입한 소상공인·소기업을 대상으로 ‘희망장려금 지원사업’을 진행 중이라고 20일 밝혔다.
