충남대학교병원(원장 윤환중)이 어린이날을 기념해 소아암 및 희귀질환을 앓고 있는 어린이들과 그 가족을 위한 ‘2025 그림 한마당’을 개최한다고 11일 밝혔다.

올해로 10회를 맞는 이번 행사는 충남대병원 소속 어린이 병원학교, 소아청소년완화의료센터, 충남·대전권역 희귀질환 전문기관이 공동으로 주관하며, 환아와 가족들에게 창의적인 자기 표현의 기회를 제공하고 가족 간 소중한 추억을 쌓을 수 있는 시간을 마련하는 데 목적을 둔다.

참가 대상은 충남대학교병원에서 진료 중인 소아암 및 희귀질환 환아와 그 가족으로, 오는 4월 7일부터 4월 25일 오후 5시까지 온라인 등록 후 작품을 방문 또는 우편으로 제출하면 된다. 

직접 그림을 그리기 어려운 중증환아의 경우 가족과 함께 손도장, 발도장 등의 방식으로도 참여할 수 있다.

작품 규격은 8절지이며, ‘내 꿈은 ○○○’, ‘우리 가족’ 등 자유로운 주제를 크레파스, 색연필, 수채화 등 다양한 재료로 표현할 수 있다. 

접수된 모든 작품은 4월 30일부터 5월 16일까지 충남대병원 본관 1층 및 소아동 1층 로비에 전시될 예정이며, 참가자 전원에게 상장과 소정의 기념품이 수여된다.

임연정 소아청소년완화의료센터장 겸 병원학교장은 “아이들이 마음껏 상상력을 펼칠 수 있는 시간이 되기를 바라며, 그림 한마당이 환아와 가족들에게 따뜻한 위로와 추억으로 남기를 기대한다”고 전했다.

임한혁 충남·대전권역 희귀질환 전문기관 사업단장도 “그림은 말보다 더 많은 이야기를 담고 있다”며 “이번 행사가 희귀질환 어린이들의 감정과 꿈을 표현하는 특별한 기회가 되길 바란다”고 덧붙였다.

충남대학교병원은 이번 그림 한마당을 통해 예술을 매개로 한 치유의 시간을 제공하고, 병원에 머무르는 환아들의 일상에 밝은 에너지를 불어넣는 데 주력할 계획이다.

Chungnam National University Hospital (Director Hwan-joong Yoon) announced on the 11th that it will hold ‘2025 Drawing Festival’ for children with pediatric cancer and rare diseases and their families to commemorate Children’s Day.

This event, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, is jointly hosted by the Chungnam National University Hospital Children’s Hospital School, the Pediatric and Adolescent Palliative Care Center, and the Chungnam and Daejeon Area Rare Disease Specialized Institutions, and aims to provide patients and their families with opportunities for creative self-expression and create precious memories with their families.

Participation is open to children with pediatric cancer and rare diseases being treated at Chungnam National University Hospital and their families. After registering online from April 7 to April 25 at 5 p.m., they can submit their work in person or by mail.

Children with severe illness who have difficulty drawing pictures themselves can also participate by making handprints or footprints with their family members.

The work is in 8-section format, and can be expressed on a free theme such as ‘My dream is ○○○’, ‘My family’, etc., using various materials such as crayons, colored pencils, and watercolors.
