대전 한남대학교 무어아트홀에서 AI 기반 디지털혁신전략 최고위과정(DIP) 제1기의 입학식이 지난 8일 늦은 저녁 성황리에 개최됐다. 

AI 기반 디지털혁신전략 최고위과정은 한남대학교와 연구개발특구진흥재단이 공동 주관하며, AI 및 디지털 혁신에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 실전형 디지털 리더를 양성하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 

입학식에는 48명의 원우가 참여했으며, 지역의 산업계 및 학계 주요 인사들이 함께해 프로그램에 대한 높은 관심을 드러냈다.

이날 입학식은 이장우 대전시장과 박정현 국회의원의 영상 축사와 최충규 대덕구청장과 정태희 대전상공회의소 회장의 축하 인사로 입학식에 대한 관심과 향후 성과에 대한 기대감을 나타냈다.

특히, 단순한 입학식을 넘어서, DIP 과정이 지역 산업과 사회의 디지털 혁신을 이끄는 중요한 출발점임을 알리는 자리였다는 점에서 그 의미를 더했다.

DIP 이가희 책임교수는 이번 과정이 “단순한 지식 전달이 아닌, 디지털 전환 시대에 실질적인 변화를 이끌어낼 수 있는 융합형 리더 양성”을 목표로 한다고 강조했다. 

이 교수는 “기술과 인문, 기업과 사회를 아우르는 융합형 교육이 DIP의 가장 큰 강점”이라며, 실무 중심의 교육 프로그램을 통해 원우들이 실제 현장에서 바로 적용 가능한 역량을 갖추게 될 것이라고 밝혔다.

입학생 대표로 나선 박태훈·윤하영 원우는 “AI 시대의 흐름을 이해하고, 디지털 전환을 주도하는 주체가 되겠다”며 선서를 통해 강한 의지를 다졌다. 

이들의 각오는 DIP가 단순한 교육 과정이 아닌, 디지털 혁신을 이끌어갈 리더들이 결단을 내리는 중요한 출발점임을 다시 한 번 확인시켜주었다.

한편, 이날 입학식을 시작으로 본격 수강에 나서는 DIP는 15주간의 교육 과정으로, 매주 화요일 저녁에 진행되며, AI 전략 수립, 빅데이터 분석, ESG 경영, 스타트업 성장 전략, 글로벌 트렌드 등 다양한 주제를 다룬다. 

이번 교육 과정은 이론뿐만 아니라 실제 산업 사례를 중심으로 한 실무형 교육을 제공하여 원우들이 현장에서 바로 활용 가능한 디지털 혁신 전략을 습득할 수 있게 하고, 네트워킹 활동과 워크숍을 통해 원우들 간의 교류와 협력 강화에 나선다는 계획이다.

특히 이번 DIP 과정은 한남대학교가 위치한 캠퍼스혁신파크에서 진행되어, 전국 최초의 연구개발특구 내 교육 플랫폼으로서의 상징성을 더하고 있다. 

이 혁신적인 공간은 산·학·연·관이 협력하는 디지털 혁신 생태계의 중심으로 자리매김하고 있으며, DIP 과정을 통해 더욱 강화될 예정이다. 

이를 통해 한남대학교는 지역과 국가의 디지털 혁신을 선도할 핵심 인재를 배출하고, 지속 가능한 산업 발전을 위한 중요한 역할을 수행할 것으로 기대된다.

이가희 교수는 "DIP는 이제 단순한 학습을 넘어, 기술을 넘어 사람을 이해하고 변화에 대한 실행력을 갖춘 리더를 양성하는 필수 과정으로 자리잡게 하겠다"는 실행 계획을 밝혔다.
