대전시가 국토교통부 주관의 ‘제4회 지자체 녹색건축평가’에서 건물에너지성능 부문 최우수상을 수상하며, 전국에서 가장 앞선 녹색건축 및 에너지 절감 정책을 추진하고 있음을 다시 한번 입증했다. 

대전시는 2021년 광주, 2022년 경북, 2023년 울산에 이어 올해 수상의 영예를 안았다.

이 평가는 2050 탄소중립 실현을 목표로 지역의 녹색건축 행정 기반을 구축하기 위해 매년 국토교통부가 전국 17개 광역자치단체를 대상으로 실시하는 것으로, 평가는 녹색건축물 확산 ,건물에너지성능 ,정책 이행도 등 총 3개 분야로 나뉘며, 각 부문별 최우수 지자체를 선정해 시상한다.
