대전 유성구가 부패 취약 분야의 민원인을 대상으로 업무 처리 만족도 조사를 위한 ‘청렴 해피톡’ 프로그램을 시작한다고 발표했다. 

이 프로그램은 구청장 정용래의 주도로 진행되며, 민원인의 목소리를 직접 듣고 행정 서비스의 질을 향상시키기 위한 목적을 가지고 있다.

‘청렴 해피톡’은 계약 및 관리, 보조금 지원, 재정 및 세정, 인허가 분야에서 업무를 처리한 민원인을 대상으로 한다. 설문조사는 민원인이 느끼는 업무 처리의 만족도, 공정성, 불편 사항 및 건의 사항 등을 포함하여 진행된다.

이번 설문조사는 모바일 알림톡을 통해 간편하게 이루어지며, 수집된 결과는 관련 부서에 전달되어 시정 조치 및 시스템 개선에 활용될 예정이다. 

이를 통해 유성구는 부패 발생 요소를 사전에 예방하고, 민원인의 의견을 적극 반영하여 행정의 투명성을 높이는 데 중점을 두고 있다.

또한, 유성구는 부패 공익신고 제도를 홍보하여 기관의 투명성을 강화하고, 공직자의 부패 행위에 대한 외부 감시 기능을 더욱 확립할 계획이다.

정용래 유성구청장은 “신뢰받는 행정서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 주민의 목소리를 경청하고 이를 정책에 반영하는 것이 필수적”이라며, “앞으로도 다양한 소통 창구를 통해 주민과 함께하는 청렴한 유성을 만들어 나가겠다”고 강조했다.
