대전시가 식품위생업소의 경제적 부담을 덜기 위해 연 1%의 저금리로 융자 지원을 실시한다고 20일 밝혔다. 

이번 지원은 식품진흥기금 2억 원을 활용하여 시설개선자금과 육성자금을 제공하는 것으로, 식품위생 및 제조, 가공업소의 시설 개선과 육성을 목표로 하고 있다.

지원 프로그램은 크게 두 가지로 나뉜다. 첫 번째는 시설개선자금으로, 이는 식품제조가공업소, 식품접객업소, 건강기능식품판매업소의 영업장, 조리장, 화장실 등 위생시설을 개선하는 데 사용될 수 있다. 

두 번째는 육성자금으로, 위생관리를 모범적으로 수행하는 업소가 안정적으로 운영될 수 있도록 지원하는 자금이다.

시설개선자금의 융자 한도는 업종에 따라 다르게 적용된다. HACCP 인증을 받은 업소는 최대 2억 원까지 지원받을 수 있으며, 식품제조가공업소는 최대 1억 원, 식품위생업소는 최대 5천만 원, 건강기능식품판매업소는 최대 2천만 원까지 융자받을 수 있다.

대출 이자율은 연 1%로, 대출금이 5천만 원 미만인 경우 2년의 거치 기간 후 3년 동안 균등 분할 상환 방식이 적용된다. 

반면, 대출금이 5천만 원 이상일 경우에는 3년 거치 후 5년 동안 균등하게 상환해야 한다. 이번 융자 지원은 자금이 소진될 때까지 계속 진행될 예정이다.

그러나 일부 업소는 융자 지원 대상에서 제외된다. 행정 지시사항을 이행하지 않은 업소, 연간 매출액이 30억 원 이상인 대형 업소, 풍기문란 행위로 행정처분을 받은 지 1년이 지나지 않은 업소, 환수 조치를 받은 지 3년이 지나지 않은 업소는 지원을 받을 수 없다.
